Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be in its original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact
Show no signs of prolonged use or soiling
Be clean, fully deflated, and returned in its original packaging

Quality Inspection

You may briefly inflate the product to check for quality, leaks, valve function, and stability. However, the item should not be used as regular daily seating. Heavily used or soiled items will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at enaxitihobi421@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Heavily used or visibly soiled products
Sale, clearance, or discounted items (final sale)
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
